PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION

Pharmacodynamics:Amoxicillin is a kind of antibiotic, which has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect.Antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity and ampicillin basic same, for the majority of gram-positive bacteria, slightly weaker than the antibacterial activities of penicillin enzyme is sensitive to penicillin, so the resistance to penicillin staphylococcus aureus is null and void.There are strong effects on gram-negative bacteria such as escherichia coli, proteus, salmonella, haemophilus, brucella and bacillus, but these bacteria are susceptible to drug resistance.It is not sensitive to pseudomonas aeruginosa.Because the absorption of the single gastric animal is better than ampicillin, the blood drug concentration is higher, so the effect of the whole body infection is better.It is suitable for respiratory system, urinary system, skin and soft tissues caused by sensitive bacteria.

Pharmacokinetic:Amoxicillin is very stable to gastric acid, and it is absorbed 74% ~ 92% after endodontic.Gastrointestinal contents affect the absorption rate, but do not affect the absorption degree, so can be mixed feeding.At the same dose, amoxicillin serum concentration was 1.5 ~ 3 times higher than ampicillin.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

(1) This product is used in combination with aminoglycosides, which can improve the concentration of the latter in the bacteria and present a synergistic effect.

(2) The bactericidal action of macrolides, tetracycline and amides is not suitable for the sterilization of the products.

FUNCTION AND USE

β-lactam antibiotics.It is used to treat the sensitive gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria of amoxicillin for chickren.

USAGE AND DOSAGE

Calculated by this product.For oral administration: once, per 1kg weight, chicken 0.2~0.3g, 2 times a day, continuous use 5 days；Mixed drink： every 1L of water，chicken 0.6g，continuous use 3~5 days.

SIDE EFFECT

It has strong interference effect on the normal flora of gastrointestinal tract.

ATTENTION

(1)Chickens laid for human consumption shall not be used during the laying period.

(2)It is not suitable for gram positive bacterial infection of penicillin resistance.

(3)The product should be prepared when using.
